The Royal Oman Police (ROP) announced that the road connecting the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Roundabout to the Qurum Beach Roundabout in Muscat has been completely closed to traffic as of early dawn today, Tuesday, 18 November. The closure comes as part of the preparations for National Day celebrations and activities related to the naval fleet parade.
According to the official statement, this traffic restriction will remain in effect until 3:00 p.m. on Saturday, 22 November, with the aim of facilitating preparation works and ensuring smooth execution of the scheduled events.
The Royal Oman Police called on motorists to use alternative routes and fully cooperate with officers to maintain traffic safety and order.
