As Eid Al-Fitr 2025 (1446 AH) approaches, the Ministry of Labour in Oman has taken a supportive step for private sector employees and workers.
The Ministry has issued a directive requiring all private companies and establishments to disburse March 2025 salaries before the Eid holidays.
According to the new Labour Law issued under Royal Decree No. 53/2023, salaries must be paid no later than Thursday, March 27, 2025. This measure aims to support employees and help them prepare for the blessed occasion.
The Ministry emphasized the importance of complying with this directive and extended its warmest greetings and best wishes to all workers and their families on the occasion of Eid Al-Fitr.
