Key Highlights of Financial and Operational Success for 2025
Among the significant successes, the OQ Group managed to reduce its debt by 48%, lowering from 5 to 2.7 billion Omani Rials, and achieved an investment-grade credit rating. OQ Refineries also achieved its first cumulative profit in its history, amounting to 474 million Omani Rials between 2021 and 2025.
In the food security sector, merging affiliated companies increased the fish portfolio revenues by more than 93%, and “Nitaj” assets by 23%. Mazoon Dairy achieved an operational profit of 3 million Omani Rials and revenue growth of 15%. Asyad Dry Dock recorded a compound annual growth rate of net profits by 65.9%.
Additionally, the Oman Convention and Exhibition Center saw a surge in annual income, reinforcing its market position.
