The Second and Third Decrees
The second decree concerns the issuance of the Sports Bodies Law, which seeks to organize the activities of sports bodies and develop sports in the Sultanate. Meanwhile, the third decree involves the abolition of the Higher Institute of Health Specialties and the transfer of all its functions to the Omani Medical Specialties Council. Employees and academic programs will be transferred to the new council, maintaining their current job status and financial grades.
