The Sultanate of Oman has recorded a 0.2% increase in its total refinery products until the end of March 2026. This increase comes amid ongoing efforts to strengthen the energy sector and develop refinery infrastructure.

Significance of the Increase

This slight improvement in production reflects Oman’s commitment to developing the energy sector and meeting local and international market demands. It also enhances Oman’s competitiveness in global markets by improving the quality and efficiency of products.

Data indicates that this increase is the result of new strategies adopted by the Omani government to stimulate growth in the oil sector, which is considered one of the main pillars of Oman’s economy.
