Sultan of Oman Sends Condolences to Russian President Following Plane Crash in Eastern Russia

His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik has sent a cable of condolences to President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation following the crash of a civilian aircraft in the Tynda region of eastern Russia, which claimed multiple lives.
