Widespread Complaints About the Increase in Begging Phenomenon in Oman

Following a rise in public complaints regarding the phenomenon of begging in the Sultanate of Oman, Mohammed Al-Kalbani, General Director of Social Development in Dhofar Governorate, recently revealed that a foreign beggar has managed to collect over 7,500 Omani rials in just 29 days. This report has drawn significant attention from officials and citizens, raising concerns about the spread of this issue and its negative impact on society.
